CED SMS Terms

To serve you better, we will send you text messages regarding the status of your application. Please agree to these terms so that we may do so.

When you submit an application request with CED, you agree to receive text messages related to the status of your request.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP”. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages while your application is in process. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

CED Privacy Policy

CED will not share consumer opt-in data and consent with any third parties for their own use case; excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Messaging services.

1. CED reserves the right to refuse service to any applicant
2. If CED determines that any submitted document is not authentic or has been altered, CED will retain any physical copies, issue no refund, and notify all recipients indicated on the application form.  If a document is confirmed as not authentic after an evaluation has been completed, the original recipient(s) and the applicant will be notified and receive the amended report to reflect that.
3. Applicants are responsible for confirming if a report issued by CED is accepted by the recipient(s) indicated on the application form.
4. CED will not consider documentation as part of the same request if it is provided once the evaluation report has been issued.  In the case when the applicant provides additional documents after the report issue date, a new application form must be submitted and a new request must be initiated with this documentation not included previously.
5. No report will be issued without the applicant’s signature on the application form
6. Applicants are responsible for requesting the return of any original document submitted and paying all mail fees associated with the return of those documents.  These requests need to be made within a year of the evaluation report being issued.  After that time, CED is not responsible for the return of such original documents.
7. Applicants are responsible for reviewing the unofficial copy they receive to ensure there are no errors. CED will honor requests to make corrections and reissue copies free of charge if the request is made within 30 days of the report being issued.  After that, applicants will need to pay for the copies to be reissued with the correction needed.
8. Any service that is cancelled within 180 days from receipt date of the initial evaluation request, either by CED or the applicant, will be refunded minus the initial payment processing fee
9. Refunds will not be issued more than 180 days from receipt date of the initial evaluation request.  All requests pending for 180 days will be cancelled.
